Many of our clients experience transition issues with new supervisors or managers who recently move into the supervisor or manager role with little or no experience managing and leading people.  Some may be supervising the group they once were at a peer-level with.  Some were hired with little or no experience in the group-setting they will be supervising.  In either scenario, issues can arise that create difficulties for the inexperienced leader.  'Bridges' was designed to give basic leadership skills to new and inexperienced supervisors or managers.  'Bridges' is targeted for new and inexperienced leaders, as compared to 'Leading from Within' which is more comprehensive and targeted for those leaders that have some experience in a leadership position.
