Leading My Department ^TM

Leading My Department™ is designed to help leaders at all levels within the organization become more effective ... and more successful.  Leading My Department™ is used as a participant guide for the tools-based workshop Big Picture~My Picture™, and is also available to be purchased separately outside of the formal workshop.

This is a set of tools and templates is a user-friendly management guide developed specifically for department managers.  Through focus-group research and field-based study, this tool set will guide the department manager through a process of aligning their department with organizational strategies, engaging the department continual improvement focus, and leveraging department resources for maximum performance.

Leading My Department™ comes in two formats:

Three-ring Binder Format / $99.00  Fully integrated with all the tools and templates needed to help the department manager develop the discipline and advance the performance and effectiveness of their organization.  The three-ring binder format provides the flexibility to remove pages for reproduction.

Fully Bound Format / $39.00  Fully integrated with all the tools and templates in a bound workbook format.  Provides everything the three-ring binder format provides, less the flexibility of removing pages.
