Guy Payne III; Sr Consultant. Training and Development

Guy’s expertise includes performance management systems, collaborative work teams, leadership development, competency models, and the development of structured production systems and standardized work instructions.  He is experienced in Apprenticeship Training Programs and served as a delegate to study Austria’s technical education system.  He applies this experience in the design of effective leadership learning systems and the delivery of programs in an integrated environment.

Annamarie Pluhar; Sr Consultant and Master Trainer

Annamarie is an expert facilitator, trainer, and process manager.  She has over twenty years of experience in a variety of industries, including government, manufacturing and not-for-profit organizations.  Her experience includes working with cross-functional groups charged with complex projects.  With her strong organizational skills, and effective problem-solving abilities, she partners with clients to help them achieve goals and objectives, in a way that engages continuous learning.

Bob has extensive experience in the design and delivery of training programs at all organization levels.  Expertise includes career planning, counseling, employee development, mentoring, business partnering, project management, succession planning, staffing, and employee relations.  Proven success in health care, leisure, multi-unit retail recreation, hospitality, telecommunications and medical products manufacturing industries.

Dick Gleason; Sr. Consultant, Organizational Development and Change Management

Dick has substantial experience making good companies great though collaborative facilitation of organizational growth and change. Outcomes for clients include substantially increasing sales revenue, increasing returns on investment, and incorporating and applying methods to achieve performance excellence. Gleason’s capabilities include competency modeling, lean six sigma, and the application of organizational development tools and techniques. His credentials include a doctorate in adult curriculum and teaching, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Charlie Nagelschmidt; Sr Consultant, Information Technology

Charlie's experience includes information technology and project and program management.  Charlie has expertise with website design and development, with specific focus in the development of online applications including intranet, extranet, and web-commerce and marketing. As an Associate Professor at Champlain College, VT, and a Principal with iMarch Partners, MA, Charlie has been instrumental with clients who have looked to ATX for technology and website design support.

 

Ed Weber; Consultant, Manufacturing Expert

Ed specializes in the development and implementation of educational programs for technical professionals within the business community.  Significant expertise includes the development of machine specific standard operating procedures and OJT design and materials to allow organizations to maintain consistent documentation, develop and train employees.
 

Sara Greene; Sr Consultant, Master Six-Sigma Blackbelt

Sara has worked in the field of process/performance improvement for the past 18 years.  She is a master trainer and has led numerous performance improvement initiatives ranging from static processes to administrative and service center redesigns.  Sara specializes in performance improvement that include lean enterprise tools and technology integration.
